ABOUT
Lydia Durkin George (BSc, MSc, MCSP) is an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Soft Tissue Therapist, and the founder of Form.at.Physio.
She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from The University of Salford and an MSc in Sports Medicine, Exercise, and Health from UCL. She has also conducted research in collaboration with The International Sports Exercise and Health (ISEH) Centre of Research Excellence.
Lydia's professional experience includes consulting for the Georgian Rugby Union National teams in Tbilisi, working with
The English Institute of Sport (UK Sports Institute) as part of
the Olympic and Paralympic medical teams in Manchester, supporting UK CrossFit athletes, and serving the NHS.

A former kickboxer, Lydia represented Great Britain's Kickboxing team for over a decade, earning multiple titles, including two-time ISKA European Champion. Her athletic journey ignited a passion for female athlete health, which she now leverages in her sports and exercise medicine expertise. Lydia continues to support a diverse range of clients—from elite athletes to individuals of all ages—helping them stay strong, active, and injury-free.
Having lived and worked internationally, Lydia understands the challenges of accessing high-quality, evidence-based healthcare while relocating. This insight led her to create Form.at.Physio.online, which offers consistent, high-quality online physiotherapy that adapts to your location and needs.
Lydia is a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Physio First.
