ABOUT
Lydia Durkin George (BSc, MSc, MCSP) is an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Soft Tissue Therapist and founder of Form.at.Physio.
Qualified in BSc Physiotherapy from The University of Salford and MSc Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health from UCL’s centre of research excellence research International Sports Exercise and Health (ISEH) department.

With a special interest in female athlete health, Lydia applies ​her advanced sports exercise medicine knowledge to the everyday and enjoys working with elite athletes to the daily mover, across all ages.
Working internationally; Lydia has consulted for the Georgian Rugby Union National teams in Tbilisi, The English Institute of Sport (UK Sports Institute) as part of the Olympic and Paralympic medical teams in Manchester; UK CrossFit athletes and The NHS.
Lydia is a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
