WEEK 01: KIT.LIST
Have the following ready before your session:

Yoga mat sized space (+/- yoga mat)

Light and medium mini loop resistance band
-
Sturdy chair or step
-
Book or Yoga Block
-
Tennis ball
-
Medium weight dumbbell / Kettlebell (5-8kg)

Water bottle
-
Decent wifi
Optional: pilates ball & wall space for balance support.
