WEEK 01: KIT.LIST

Have the following ready before your session:
 

  • Yoga mat sized space (+/-  yoga mat)

  • Light and medium mini loop resistance band

  • Sturdy chair or step

  • Book or Yoga Block

  • Tennis ball

  • Medium weight dumbbell / Kettlebell (5-8kg) 

  • Water bottle

  • Decent wifi

 

Optional: pilates ball & wall space for balance support.
