Member Feedback

"A fantastic course where Lydia gives an introduction to bone health and discusses how this is relevant for everyday use, be that the working individual, the exercise enthusiast, and, so I’ve learnt, the future me.

I’m a 44 yr old woman with a highly active and physical job. This course was everything I didn’t know I needed. Lydia brings together a package of information that allowed me to learn about the importance of bone strength for me. I felt the course was structured perfectly for me as a working mother, as a very active person and someone who enjoys exercise to support my lifestyle and my physical and mental wellbeing.

I can’t say this strongly enough, invest in yourself today to build your knowledge, movement and strength by doing the Form.at.Bone Strong course."
